Loretta’s Easy Fruit Cobbler
½ cup flour
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup milk
¼ cup melted margarine or butter
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and milk.
Melt ½ stick butter in baking dish, 8 x 11 or 9x9. Add batter, pour two cups
sweetened fruit on top of batter.
Bake at 350° F. until light brown, about 45 minutes.
Batter will rise to top, surrounding fruit.
