Frozen Cranberry Salad
13 ounces cream cheese
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 cup Dream Whip, prepared
14-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tablespoons sugar
Soften cream cheese with cranberry sauce and pineapple.
Blend sugar with prepared Dream Whip. Combine both mixtures, stirring until smooth; add
nuts. Use a special easy-release salad mold, such as those made by Tupperware, or, just
prior to putting the mixture into a container, spray the container with a nonstick
vegetable oil spray so the salad will be easier to remove. Freeze.
Serve as a side salad (or try after dinner as an ice-cream-like dessert).
